Les granul\u00e9s, une fois s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, sont pr\u00eats pour la mise en oeuvre.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Etape 2<\/span>\u00a0:<\/strong> Cycle de transformation<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;extrudeuse permet de plastifier et d&rsquo;introduire le \u00ab\u00a0<strong>melt\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0dans un outillage r\u00e9gul\u00e9 en temp\u00e9rature.<br \/>\nLa phase d&rsquo;extrusion termin\u00e9e, le cycle de compression peut alors d\u00e9marrer. La totalit\u00e9 du cycle\u00a0de transformation fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un enregistrement (temps, temp\u00e9ratures et pressions).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aplast.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/SchemaAplastExtruderComprFR-3.gif\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1406\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1456 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.aplast.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/SchemaAplastExtruderComprFR-3.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"635\" height=\"280\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Etape 3<\/span>\u00a0:<\/strong> Traitement thermique<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La derni\u00e8re op\u00e9ration consiste \u00e0 effectuer un traitement thermique dans une \u00e9tuve ventil\u00e9e afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles li\u00e9es au moulage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le\u00a0traitement\u00a0thermique comprend 3 phases\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature <strong>(5\u00b0C\/heure)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Palier haute temp\u00e9rature <strong>(Variable en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Rampe de descente <strong>(3\u00b0C\/heure)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aplast.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/TempSTAGES-AplastAnime2016ok.gif\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1458\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1458 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.aplast.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/TempSTAGES-AplastAnime2016ok.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"636\" height=\"295\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ma\u00eetrise des param\u00e8tres &#8211; temps et temp\u00e9rature &#8211; est primordiale.
